  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and melted butter; mix until combined.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  4. While the dough rises, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread melted butter over it, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Roll tightly and slice into heart shapes.
