  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.

  4. Stir in chopped onion, red bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent and vegetables are tender.
