- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (drained)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until browned and cooked through (7-10 minutes).
- Add sliced bell peppers and onions; cook until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in fajita seasoning and minced garlic; mix well.
- Add the drained diced tomatoes and combine thoroughly.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the chicken mixture and half of the cheese. Repeat layers finishing with cheese on top.
