Curry Deviled Eggs are a flavorful twist on the traditional appetizer that your guests will love.   • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan, covering with cold water, and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes. Drain and cool in ice water.
  2. Once cooled, peel the eggs under running water. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, curry powder, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and chopped green onions to the yolks. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  4. Fill each egg white half generously with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Garnish with smoked paprika and additional green onions if desired. Serve chilled.
