  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow), sliced
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 8 flour or corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice chicken breasts into strips and chop bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, peppers, onions, olive oil, and fajita seasoning; toss to coat evenly.
