  • 1 medium fresh pineapple, sliced into rings
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and lime juice to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Slice the pineapple into rings or wedges.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F or 200°C) and oil the grates.
  5. Grill marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Grill pineapple slices for about 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
