Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (15.35 oz) regular Oreos
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles or toppings of your choice

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by smashing them in a ziplock bag.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then place back on the sheet.
  7. Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet and refrigerate again for 15 minutes to set.
