  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in sour cream and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time on low speed to avoid overmixing.
  4. For the cookie dough layer, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually mix in flour and chocolate chips until combined.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake filling onto the crust, dollop cookie dough on top, then add remaining cheesecake filling and swirl gently.
  6. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 60-70 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool in the oven with door ajar.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
