  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
