  • 3 scallions, chopped (white and green parts)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice preference)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp by peeling and deveining if not already done. Mince garlic and chop scallions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Stir to coat shrimp evenly.
