- Drop tablespoon-sized scoops onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain slightly underbaked.
- Press a chocolate kiss into each cookie immediately after removing from the oven.
- Allow cooling slightly before transferring to wire racks.
