  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glazing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place them evenly in the prepared dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and half of the brown sugar until combined.
  4. Stir in ground cinnamon and remaining brown sugar into the egg mixture.
