  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden; cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until glossy.
  6. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly jiggly.
  8. Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
