Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.

  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in cornflakes until evenly coated.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
