Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in melted butter, milk, and orange zest until well combined.
  4. Gently combine wet and dry ingredients without overmixing. Fold in cranberries carefully.
