  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms until softened (3–4 minutes).
  4. Add chicken broth; simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in heavy cream while scraping up any bits from the pan.
  5. Mix in sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and Italian seasoning; simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to skillet; let it cook in the sauce for another 3–4 minutes on low heat.
