- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add fettuccine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
