  • 46 chicken legs (skin-on)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp paprika (preferably smoked)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken legs in a large resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each piece is well-coated. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high (375°F).
  4. Grill chicken legs skin-side down for about 10-12 minutes until grill marks form.
  5. Flip the legs and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each piece while cooking until fully done (internal temperature of 165°F).
