  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and marshmallows until smooth. Stir constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in ground ginger, cinnamon, molasses, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  4. Grease a 9×13 inch pan and pour the mixture in, pressing down firmly with greased hands or wax paper.
