- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 medium cucumber, grated (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Chop parsley, mince garlic, and grate cucumber.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, parsley, minced garlic, diced onion, crumbled feta, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into four patties about 1 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for about 6-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- For the tzatziki sauce: In another bowl, mix grated cucumber with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and chopped mint until well combined.
