  • 1 package puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup celery stalks, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into 4-inch squares.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, grapes, walnuts, Dijon mustard, and dill. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry square. Fold corners to form triangles and seal edges tightly.
  4. Arrange puffs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
