- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

- 1 large egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
