  • 1 cup shredded Irish cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup smooth Irish stout or lager
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Splash of water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded Irish cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, beer, and mustard until well combined.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of each pastry square. Fold over diagonally to form triangles and press edges to seal.
