Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and fork-tender.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; drain on paper towels and chop.
