  • 4 lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise to expose the meat.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in minced garlic and remove from heat.
  4. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter mixture.
  5. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush generously with garlic butter mixture.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
