  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 large eggs
  • Whipped cream (to taste)
  • Passion fruit seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Fit the pastry crust into a pie pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together passion fruit pulp, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set but jiggly in the center.
