  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a pie dish.
