- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it froth for about 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the frothy yeast mixture, beaten egg, and softened butter. Combine until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for about an hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread melted butter over it, then sprinkle with sugar and raspberries.
- Roll tightly into a log shape and slice into 12 pieces. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
