  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning and stir in 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Spread the cooked beef over the prepared dough. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses followed by chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and jalapeños.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
