  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (preferably with whole berries)
  • 2 fresh oranges (juiced and zested)
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 2 tsp fresh sage (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season the turkey breast generously with salt, pepper, thyme, and sage.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and remaining herbs until well combined.
  4. Place the turkey in the baking dish and pour half of the glaze over it. Reserve the rest for later.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Baste occasionally with pan juices.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and brushing with remaining glaze.
