Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the dough: Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water until you form a soft, non-sticky dough.
  2. 2. Make the filling: Boil potatoes until fork-tender (about 20 minutes). Mash with silken tofu, sautéed onions, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
