- 2 (15 oz) cans cannellini or great northern beans, drained
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (4 oz) can green chiles
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- Fresh cilantro (optional), for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onions in olive oil until translucent.
- Add minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder; cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
