  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup ketchup or BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup or BBQ sauce with Worcestershire sauce and spread over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
