  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Slice strawberries and kiwis into bite-sized pieces. Dice mango and banana into cubes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the chopped fruits.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture to brighten the flavors.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top and mix carefully.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
