- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Optional: 1 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine minced lemongrass, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice to create the marinade.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Toss well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken (in batches if necessary) and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with steamed rice or veggies garnished with fresh herbs.
