  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp paprika (smoked optional)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim ends, and slice in half. Mince garlic and chop onion.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Crumble in ground turkey; cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add halved Brussels sprouts along with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well and cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
