- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup salsa (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with cumin and chili powder, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before shredding.
- While the chicken cools, chop avocados and shred lettuce.
