  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • ½ cup dressing of your choice (vinaigrette or ranch)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce. Place it in a large salad bowl.
