  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (15-20 minutes). Drain and let cool.
