- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, garlic, cilantro, olive oil, cumin, honey, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or bowl; pour marinade over them and ensure they are well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F) or oven to 400°F.
- Grill chicken thighs skin-side down for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (about another 6-8 minutes).
